Head Chef Christopher Short 

Chris has had the pleasure of cooking great food at some of the most prestigious eateries in the area, culminating in his appointment to Executive Chef at the Royal Shakespeare Company. 
Chris also owned two local restaurants for eight years and was awarded 2 and 3 Rosettes for his food. 
Chris moved to the Warwickshire at the age of 19 having studied at the College of Food in Birmingham.  
Married to Gail, a local girl from Alcester, they have two children living in Bidford on Avon for 25 years. 
Chris’s passion is for great food and nothing pleases him more than seeing friends and customers savouring every mouthful of food.
